WSA Identity Shield and Citrix

    As I am not a Citrix Pro, and I see that the browser is used to connect to your client.
    Can Identity Shield detect/protect in this situation?
    Is there any benefit to use Identity Shield in this environment?

    PS! I will post the same in the HitmanPro Alert forum regarding their product as I use both products.

    Yes, it is definitely worth running WSA's Identity Shield on the computer connecting to the destination computer, but running it on the destination computer could potentially cause problems with Citrix and other remote support tools (as WSA blocks them). We've worked to whitelist known-good Citrix tools to ensure users can use them but if you run into any problems, let me know!
