WSA does odd things when put into mostly-unrealistic situations

    This is just a "huh..." post to share this tidbit. Notably, WSA apparently does not deal well with long-uptime computers. I suspect because of kernel driver updates that can't occur. 29 days uptime, WRSA.exe was running with PIDs in the 164-thousand range, and all kinds of fun like that. Couldn't uninstall. It was interesting.

    The moral? Reboot!

    No longer "mostly-unrealistic". :\ Occurs on servers with hefty uptime too. Sad fox is sad.
