This happens several times a week, & i'm alerted & prompted by ProcessGuard to it. I don't allow it as i'm uncertain why WSA needs it. Anyone know ?

Interesting. Wonder if this was why was finding WSA spiking CPU heavily. wmiprvse is a common cpu spiking problem.

Any use should be minimal - it only uses it for some WMI calls (Action Center integration mostly). I'd be interested if you could take a memory dump of the WRSA.exe service process while it's happening to see precisely what's slowing down the call.

    OK, so not critical then.

I expect the following was for DoctorPC

As that's not slowing me down.
