Hi Joe,

I was hoping this problem would eventually resolve itself with later builds but it's still happening with the latest beta 8.0.1.42. I also followed the advice given by Techfox1976 and updated my video and audio drivers but it made no difference.

I too would be interested in a remote session to see if the cause can be nailed. I have also suggested a remote session in my comments on the web feedback form that is displayed after uninstalling.
