So at the moment WSA is classifying a whole lot as suspicious? Is this the immaturity of the cloud?

That's correct - we haven't moved over whitelisting rules from Prevx 3.0 yet and we haven't implemented any new ones just to be sure we're never whitelisting malware. As soon as the beta is farther along and we've reached a higher population of users, we will be doing considerable whitelisting work which will automatically reduce these sizes.

    I'm running W7 Pro x64 and I cannot find a C:\ProgramData folder.
And I do have it set to show hidden files and folders. I've looked in all sorts of places and cannot find it :(
    Any ideas?

Mine is 34.5mb after a clean install. Was not able to check previously when I installed over PrevxSOL though...is this normal? How can we reduce this size...seems like a whole suite in there...

Thanks fax, that did the trick. I still had "Hide extensions for known file types" checked:oops:

Please send a scan log to report@prevxresearch.com. It's possible some of the space is log files but for example, mine here is 2.1MB (which is correct).

Same occurred with me also when I tested it in closed BETA, but they did eventually answered. How long you haven't got your reply?

The support inbox will have a far greater amount of messages going through than here, and that means a lot more for the team to wade through. I do believe they read every message, but it may be some time before they respond.

i found out that that the main factor of the growing of this folder is at every scan done by WRSA an incremental file is added to the folder : res1.db, res2.db, res3.db. etc... each of them is around 800k.

Will this folder ALWAYS continue to bloat? Just since re-install, mine went from 2.5mb to 16.1mb now. This seems to be unnecessarily fast. o_O

seems that each time a scan is done, the folder grows. it will be urgent to fix this issue.

These are the old scan logs (we store 16 by default). You can remove them without a problem, or change Settings - Basic Configuration - Favor low disk usage over verbose logging.

It's not that we're talking about a lot of space. :) But it's definitely increasing in size! The size on my HDD seems healthy though when comparing it to others reporting in this thread.
