Would like a refund or a quick fix

    I just bought mine also yesterday 11/28/06 because of the excellent reviews.... Mine loaded okay... I've installed it several times taking the recommendations found in these threads... all without success.... I'm frustrated and would like a refund or a quick fix....I've written customer service, but haven't heard anything yet..... Gary

    Gary, you haven't sstated what your problem is.

    What isn't happening?

    What OS are you using?

    Are you trying to do an image or files and folders backup?

    Is this using TI in Windows or from the rescue CD?

    Are you trying to use an internal drive as the destiniation or an external?
