I have WMware Workstation and Converter installed on my Win 7 x64, but I rarely use them.

When I look at processes in Task Manager, the following are always running occupying 130k+ of memory:
    WMware NAT Service
    WMware WMnet DHCP service
    WMware Authorization Service
    WMware Converter Service (x3)
    WMware-hostd.exe
    WMware USA arbitration service

is there a simple way to have them load only when I actually use WMware?
