I had to perform a new full back up when my backup drive ran out of space. Do I need a new bootable disk or will the one I created previously be ok? I am using Version 8 Build 937.

You only need to make a new BootCD when you change the version or build of the ATI program. So, if you update or upgrade, then you should make a new BootCD.
