    Hi Mike,
not sure if its just different from the 2008 method of wiping but even though i have selected the extra "wipe all disk changes at sys shutdown" it seems to complete very quickly when compared to the 2008 version, it cleaned 2GBs in about 10 seconds and rebooted. Is that how it should be now ?
    Thank you.

    Hi,
The reason the shutdown is quicker now is that the wipe happens at computer startup...

I have never noticed any indication that anything was being wiped. I do have it checked in preferences to wipe all changes at startup. Is that correct?

The wipe time is dependent on the size of the changes in the cache. If you do not have a large number of changes or made changes to a series of very large files, your wipe time will be shorter.
