    Hi All,
I am planning to buy a USB 3.0 controller to add 2 usb 3.0 port to my pc.
Do you know whether the winpe recovery CD of HD Management suite 2010 or other similar product will have difficulties to boot up? (may be it will not recognize the hardware and so will fail to boot).

Do you know also if I will be able to use my USB 3.0 HDs from the recovery CD?

    Thanks

It really comes down to if the current Windows environment supports USB 3.0. If it doesn't, we should have an updated WinPE with the new Windows environment that supports USB 3.0 later on or you would have to use the "Load Drivers" each time you boot up. Currently we provide as a separate service, WinPE Builder which you can upload your custom drivers and the system will take up to 24 hours to build a new WinPE CD for you with the drivers support.

    Hi,
Just as a quick solution I would not mind to load the drivers manually at start up.
Can you describe me what I need to do?

    Thanks

Boot to the WinPE CD and click on "Load Driver(s)". Point to the location of the USB 3.0 Vista32bit driver INF file.

    Hi,
    I tried it out.
The drivers are loaded fine, but Paragon gives me an hardware error.

This is the folder I copied

    C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\nusb3drv.inf_ae2861f9_x86

    folder.

    This the folder content.

    componet.man
    nusb3drv.cat
    nusb3dr.inf
    nusb3hub.sys
    nusb3xhc.sys

    What can I do?

    Thanks
