Please send a scan log and report the FP as described in this thread.

    Comment ??
    Over sensitive heuristics ??
    Poor db??
You better drop a line to Symantec: they might be scaring customers off.
I suspect anyone who might use these apps would be 'on top of' malware issues ??

You'll be asked to upload the file to Px; FPs no longer encouraged in the support forum

Upload the file to Prevx o_O
I gave all information that is needed.
They don't wonna download it and test it ?
    Well, that's fine.

As for Symantec , as I can understand you , you're saying that WinMount is malware of some sort, not safe application or anything like that ?
Besides, have you seen report from virustotal (link in first post) ?

We've fixed the FP but we generally prefer having FPs submitted to us directly. I'll close this thread for now as per-policy.

Please do as TonyW suggested as it serves no purpose to post FP's in the forum! Please read this post: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=1678435&postcount=8

    Thanks,

    TH

EDIT: Joe beat me to it again by milli seconds! :argh:
