    Hi Mikkel, welcome to Wilders.

Just download the latest version of Nod32 this being 2.12.3 and you will see this has been resolved.

    Hope this helps...

    Answer from NOD32

My customers wont pay me to do that installation one more time.
It must be a tag somwhere in registry who is beeing modified when you update to SP2 and allready have NOD32 installed.

I upgraded to SP2 first then installed NOD32

anyone else has a comment here ?

turn off av monitoring in windows - if you know you are current, why have windows involved in the reporting of such?

I dont mind turning off windows security center , but my customers get suspicius that NOD32 is a "old" program.
In competition with Norman and Symantec it is details like this who is challenging. :)

Thanks for keeping us up to date with your progress. Unfortunately, sometimes these issues are not related to Nod32, Windows can be very buggy.

I had a similar case that appeared to be Nod32 due to each Beta being released and the problem coming and going according to each version of Nod32. In the end I made a fresh install of Windows, used imaging software, and spent more than 8 hours tracking down the problem. This issue can be seen here.

SP2 can be buggy as well, we have found many issues relating to Multifunction Devices causing BSOD's etc.

    All the best…

    Cheers :D
