windows XP restarts after shutdown

    Every time I try to shut down my computer it restarts, why ?? :doubt:

    Happens to me too,but not often.I thought the problem were the drivers of my motherboard,changed them,but no result.I wasn't able to correlate it to a specific action.It is very annoying specially if you say that happend all the time to you.

    I have just installed a PCI card with firewire ports and USB ports, don't think it happened b4 then, before that I used to hit restart and it would shutdown,
    wots that all about ? :doubt:
