I have heard that True Image will not work properly in a Windows x64-bit
edition operating system; Is this true?

I definitely have been thinking about purchasing your product, but I need
something that works within the confines of my os. Thanks, in advance.

afaik, only the recent corporate products (version 9.1) support windows x64. in the meantime, u can create a bootdisk on a 32-bit comp and use it on ur 64-bit comp.

    Hello texaskid, .

Thank you for your interest in Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

I can confirm what WSFuser said. At the moment only Acronis True 9.1 Corporate Products family support 64-bit Windows editions.

The support for 64-bit Windows editions will also be implemented in the future builds of Acronis True Image 9.0 Home, however, the exact time frame for this is not decided yet.

If you have any further questions concerning Acronis software, please feel free to submit a request for technical support or post any of them on this forum. We will certainly try to help you in resolving any issues.

    Thank you.
