Are there any security risks in using the Windows Time service to keep your computer's clock synchronized? If the connection to the time server (like time.nist.gov) is unencrypted, then couldn't someone intercept the request and send back a false time?

I have that automatic connection every several days to sync the PC clock to the server time. Never had an issue with it.
