Windows Server 2008 x64 Support?

Hello,

I've recently installed True Image Server and Disk Director Server on Windows Server 2008 RC0 x64. In both cases, they lead to the same unsigned driver warning upon boot related to the file snapman.sys. I've resolved these issues but was wondering if there has been any announcement for when these Acronis products will support this Operating System.

Any idea on when this will happen? I tried to install Acronis Trueimage Echo Server Enterprise 9.5 and it won't install on W2008 x64 Standard

Please be aware that currently no Acronis products support Windows Server 2008. The support is planned to be implemented in nearest future, however, the exact time-frame isn't defined yet.

Windows® Vista, x32 and x64 Editions
but
Windows Server 2008

Why not support 2008 x64?

Please be aware that the testings are not yet complete, so it's not listed as supported yet. However, we do not expect any difficulties using Acronis True Image Virtual Edition on Windows Server 2008 x64 as well. We recommend you to download the free trial version of Acronis True Image Virtual Edition to see how the software works on your computer.

You can find the detailed instructions on how to use Acronis True Image Virtual Edition in the respective User's Guide.
