WINDOWS REPORTS NOD 32 AS TURNED OFF!

    I've been getting a warning off, and on for months now that says NOD 32 is reporting to windows that it is turned off. The little warning that appears in the bottom right of the toolbar will not go away now. According to NOD 32 it is on o_O What are some possible reasons for windows reporting that NOD 32 is turned off when in fact it is on according to NOD 32? I'm running windows XP Pro SP3 on this machine. I can send some system inspector logs if needed. I just need to know where to send them to.
