Windows Media Player CLSID in the ActiveX compatibility List, but no value for flag?

    I just wondered if anyone knew why something would be in the activeX compatibility list but have no key for compatibility value. The CLSID is

    {22D6F312-B0F6-11D0-94AB-0080C74C7E95}

    which is Windows Media Player 6.4. It is the only one in the list that is like this. (See Picture)
