I am surpriced. Runs smooth and low mem impact, only about 25 MB.
Hm, the possibility for listening to free radio is gone, only the URGE shi....
Does anybody is aware of a plugin which is able to download shoutcast radio list like WinAmp and VLC do?

One more stuff. When i open WMP11, svchost.exe is trying to load 'dllhoste.exe' which tries to connect to the internet. Does anybody know what the hell that is?

itunes was always much better for listening to free radio anyways....sound is superior.

as a side note, i hate how they try and force that urge crap down your throat....I can't even get rid of the option from showing up under my store selections....you can delete any of the other stores from showing up there, but no, not the urge. I was able to select another store though.

The installer for Media Player 11 has been slightly updated on 03 Nov since its first release on 31 Oct, for both 32 and 64-bit, although the version number is still 11.0.5721.5145.

    Hello,
Just updated to Windows Media Player 11. Came here because I don't want/wasn't asked if I wanted URGE. So I'm stuck with it? Is it in any way a security risk? Don't care if it's there as long as it's not. So the radio is gone? Why give a radio when they can give us a store? MS!
Is URGE a security risk in any way?
