    Hi
I am using Windows Mail in Vista and I cannot get the Tags to show on any of my emails.
I have tried ticking and resetting all the options that control these Tags but still no joy. I have also tried a clean installation of the latest Nod32 V3 but again no joy.
I have seen reports of similar problems with Outlook Express but not Windows Mail. Can anyone tell me if this is a common problem with all email clients at the moment.

Strange, I have tested it and didn't have this problem. (Email checking works the same way in ESS/EAV so it doesn't matter that ESS was used in the test)

Windows Mail problems have been reported for a long time already. Search the forum and you'll find enough.

Same issue here with NO Windows Mail email tags.
Checked and rechecked all settings...eicar test emails were all scanned and caught...but no tag.
Went back to Version 2.7 which does tag the email.
Hope 2.7 will continue to be availiable for the 18 months left of my subscription.

    Hi
Just found the answer to my 'No tags' problem in Windows Mail (Vista).

I use the application 'MsgTag' as a way of telling when mail I send has been opened/read.

By not using the 'Mutual Mail' option of 'MsgTag' the tagging functions of Nod32 V3 appear to work although I not convinced they operate as they should. Operation seems very hit and miss.

Hope this info is of use to some other Nod32 V3 users.
