windows 98 lock on boot

    i tried to install the reccomened schedhlp.reg on my windoes 98 computer but it refuses to install. Please help me

    Hey jimmy,

    When you attempt to import\merge the reg file....do you get any kind of Win 98 error message concerning this ?

    Edit the .REG file and change the first line to:
    REGEDIT4

    or just REGEDIT if the above doesn't work
    (I forget which is the one that Win98 uses)
