Windows 8.1

    Would a W8.1 Pro Activation Key work for W8 Pro? I don't want to upgrade to 8.1. If not, does anyone know of some good deals?

    If it is specifically a Windows 8.1 key it will not work with Windows 8. I don't know if there are any Windows 8 deals at this point. What are your Windows 10 plans? It would be a free upgrade from that Windows 8.1 key next week.

    Thanks Jack. I'm not sold on W10 yet. I found a Windows 8 Pro Key for 35.00. I might try out W10 later on. Regards
