I have just purchased Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 for my home PC. Seems to be very good, it has only been installed for a few hours and has already blocked some javascript trojans and fake flash downloads from popping up. I also have PrevX running too, although if the price continue to increase PrevX will go. I am wondering if this is enough protection for a hardcore surfer?

If this was your setup, your would consider adding anything to it?

Are you running x86 or x64? There's a huge difference, even with the same software. For example, Sandboxie is airtight on x86 systems, but you'll get no such protection from the x64 version.

Just Kaspersky will keep you safe. If you like Prevx for extra it is only an add on for your security.
It surely will keep you safe

I have used Returnil for years but I really don't like the 2010 version. Plus, why get sandboxie, I was under the impression that Kaspersky has a sandbox built in?

Yeah, KIS 2010 does have a Sandbox :D
BUT, i think Sandboxie is safer/more isolated
