    Hi,

One of our user in our organization, who is working from a remote location, complained about an issue which is related to ESS. It's as follows...

"Whenever the computer goes into sleep mode and comes back up it seems to be having problems. All windows explorer functions do not work any more. I cannot even click on the Start button. The wireless network utility "Access Connections" does not work any more. I also see a lot of mini dumps in "C:\Windows\Minidumps" folder."

Please let me know how to rectify this issue? Also, please find the attached files for more information.

    Best Regards,
    Roshan

The epfwndis.sys file is the ESET Personal Firewall driver. What version of ESET Smart Security is on that client's computer? It may help to simply upgrade to the latest version (4.2.71.2) by uninstalling the current version and installing the latest.
