No installation disk either. I'm pretty sure its 64 bit. He isn't sure which one it is but IIRC most Windows 7 computers come with the 64 bit version. A friend of a friend's computer is who's it is. He boots it up and it just beeps. Every time he pushed a key it also beeps. We tried going into safe mode to see if that would be able to load but to no avail. What should we do?

Possibly a hardware problem, not a Windows problem. Check the computer manual for beeps, check the memory and the hard disk from bootable disks, try to boot from a Linux bootable disk (if you can, it is not a hardware problem).

Will find out how many beeps it has and will try Ubuntu live CD to see if that loads.
