Windows 2003 Server and C: drive expansion

Last week I purchased Disk Director 9.0 to hopefully solve a problem I am having with my Windows 2003 Server, which is “low disk space” error. I loaded it and ran the program to expand the volume from 2.95 gig to 5 gig. It rebooted and a screen appeared which looked like a progress screen. However, no progress ever showed. I hit the escape key twice and it rebooted to my normal windows 2003 server however no changes had been made to the disk.

Can you shed some light on this situation and maybe tell me where I can get detailed instructions on the process of expanding a drive partition. Thank you.

Could you please download the Acronis Report utility available at http://www.acronis.com/files/support/AcronisReport.exe and run it, create a report (usually named 'report.txt') and send it to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread? We will certainly help you with the solution.
