    Blomberg1985,

When did you upgrade to Win10?

What software are you using for the restore?

Can you post a screenshot of Disk Management?

    What date was that? Approximately.

Your Disk Management is fine. No surprises.

In some machines, during installation of Win10 , it creates new partitions that messed with the Win8 "partitions position structure" (forgot the right term, something to do with WIM), so the recovery partitions got a new "position" and can't be found by the recovery/reset features. if it this the case, there is nothing you can do.

i got this kind of issue after dual-booting with Linux, when i wanted recover my Win8 system after deleting Linux , i couldn't.
