    Win 10 with 1703.
Just wondering what other UK users see in the Windows Event Viewer under System.
When my machine first boots (cold boot not fast boot) the first entry for that day is Event id 12, source Kernel General with info...

    Description:
The operating system started at system time....

If I double click on the entry there are 2 times shown for the machine start, one is one hour later than the other.
I'm just wondering if this is a British Summer Time thing ?

Just to give UK users an idea of what I see under System in Event Viewer at shutdown or boot (with fast start disabled) There is an hour's difference when I click on the entry, Perhaps it may disappear when British Summer Time ends.

Maybe they are using UTC time in description? If so, there would always be 1 hour offset.

EDIT: if it's endeed UTC, you would see same time after you return to GMT.
