Window Media Center Store Update Manager Stopped Working...

    everytime i power ON my laptop this error always pop-up, anybody can help me what's the cause of this?

    fce, here's some info on that mcupdate.exe and it's part of McAfee. Sounds like it's trying to call home during the boot up process. I don't have McAfee but perhaps there's a setting somewhere to disable auto updates on start up.
