WinDbg and Symbols

I have a problem with Avira Premium 10 and I need to send a dump of some kind. The dump is related to the guard.

I installed WinDbg with no problems but from what I see there is a problem loading symbols, so I investigated and reached here:

Link to symbols.

Which download should I pick? Retail or Checked?

My OS is Windows XP Pro SP3 (spanish) and everything up to date.

 

use MS server for the symbols instead

with WinDbg open press ctrl+s and maybe enter (copy paste)
