My grandson tried to play a web site video on his Win98se3 notebook and got a pop-up stating he had to download Flash Player (something like that I believe) and when he clicked on the download, he got another pop-up that said something to the effect that his system was not compatible.
Does anyone know if there is something he can do to watch web site videos (or games)?
Or is he complete unable to watch any videos on his notebook?

    Thank you for any help.

    Alice

Once Microsoft drops support for a Windows version, as they have for Windows 98, it will become increasingly difficult to use to run current things. Unless you only use it for things at home or surf very basic web pages (with no animated content using Flash or SilverLight) you are going to have trouble.

I hate to say it but the time has come to move to a new PC or convert it to Linux (it it's capable of doing so.)
