win98 - win4lin cannot start

Hi
I cannot install Spyware Blaster with Windows 98 runnning under Win4Lin. It could be a file access problem OR a library that is not included with the default install... Most everything I have will run in this environment so I am curious why this won't work on a fairly genereic new installation.
I get the following Crash from Windows when finished insalling & run for the First time. this is Windows 98 SE running with Win4Lin under Linux Mandrake 10.2 [2005]
any assitance is greatly appreciated. Let me know what I need to look for / troubleshoot & I will find it , thanks

I am uncertain WHY or WHAT may be causing this error I am going to try to install missinfilesetup & mscomctl ETC.
