Right now im running Windows 98 on a P2 400mhz 64 meg memory computer.

Would I benefit if i upgrade to Win2000?

How much slower would my computer be if i upgraded?

I'd recommend atleast upgrading to 96MB, I can run Win2k just fine on a Pentium Pro 200Mhz/96MB RAM/6GB HDD, your PC may run a bit slower (Or alot, if you don't keep startup items to a minimum, and services to a minimum) but it'll be alot more stable, but as low as I'd go to run 2k with would be 96MB RAM, but optimally 128MB or more.

I heard you should have at least 256 mb memory for stability. Right now I have 128 mb and its slow. You can have a slow CPU but its the memory that will add
    to the speed.
