Win32.Saburex A ..INFECTION

Heloo .
.i get some virus named Win32.Saburex A lately and i want 2 ask u something...it will be wise to delete the files infected ( and trust me there are many ) wich all are .exe extensions......My NOD 2.7 cannot clean the infected files but only delete them...
How can i get read of Win32.Saburex A.. .............>>
Please help me if u can....

I'm from Romania too and this virus is a real danger and very spreaded here.
Well, it's not recommended now to delete them. Try to clean them using a cleaner provided by Bit Defender. Take it from here: http://forum.softpedia.com/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=180321
