Win32/Olmarik trojan unable to clean

    Your picture shows that while it could not be cleaned, NOD actually deleted it and moved the file to quarantine. You're good.

    I'd suggest booting from a clean media (e.g. rescue cd) and running a full system scan as you most likely have a rootkit active in memory.
