Win2oo3 problem with ftp servers & Port Explorer

I`ve tried install serv-u, raiden, ioftpd and they all crash when ever port explorer is installed. I didnt have this problem with win2000 so seems OS specific problem.

Any idea what could be causing it?

Hi, As you have changed to 2003 then the first thing that comes to mind is LSP, if those programs use LSP they may need fixing.

The second possibility is a winsock problem:
Winsockfix: http://www.iup.edu/house/resnet/winfix.shtm Though not sure if this will help with 2003

Also make sure that you have the latest PE from the members area as I had problems with the last version under 2003.
