when i try to run a "WMA" file, instead of win media player opening and playing the file, a prevx window pops up as says "scanning file", and win media player never opens.. i can open win media player by clicking its shortcut, in my "start" menu, but it doesn't open when clicking a "WMA" file, as it always has, before..

i am running win xpsp3 and this is happening while running as a "limited user"..

    Hello,
To fix the issue, you'll need to disable the Prevx right click scanner by opening Prevx 3.0, clicking Settings > Basic Configuration, and untick "Enable 'Right Click' Scanning in Windows Explorer".

You may need to reboot your PC (but probably not) and the issue should now be fixed :)

Let me know if you have any questions!
