win fw is off, sc says it's on?

    hi,
    windows firewall is off, but security center says it's on. also, when i try to install outpost fw, after the installation is complete, when windows starts, every time, an outpost warning message pops up saying "network driver failed to load. "afw.sys" driver failed to load. what is wrong with my system?
