My system drive i.e C is 30 GB full out of 150 GB.
    I have partitioned the system C & E, E is 350 GB.

I think for system drive 150 GB is too much, given that only 30 GB is full the way I use system & install softwares.
I am going to reinstall OS, how much space you think would be good enough for system drive C?Suggestions & Recommendations plzz...

I think 50/60 should be good unless you plan to install a lot softwares/games later.

    narenbisht,

Have you considered resizing the Win7 partition to 60 GB?

If you're not going to install large programs, 60 GB would be fine. If you can afford it, I would go ahead with at least 80GB to account for system updates/program upgrades and to minimize fragmentation.

Having the luxury of free space in the system drive is also important if you are going to mess around with big files (such as copying data like ISOs,VHDs or perhaps media files).

    I will decide between 60 & 80 GB for C drive.

And rest for E drive for personal stuffs, movies, etc...
