Trying to setup a homegroup. PC 2 cannot see PC 1's Homegroup. Could it be LnS?

I don't use HomeGroup, but I'll try to point you to the right direction.

I don't remember but I think the importable rules file you referenced is for the regular File sharing.

    HomeGroup

    Allow In 3587
    Allow In 3540 (PNRP)

    Allow Out 3587
    Allow Out 3540 (PNRP)

For the rules you need to create, for now at the very top.

    Two Server Rules
    3587tcp
    3540udp (PNRP)

    Two Client Rules
    3587tcp
    3540udp (PNRP)

    Regards.
