When you install a newer WIN 10 version, e.g., WIN 2004, does the installation create a newer recovery drive?

In other words, if I create a new USB recovery drive after installing WIN 2004, will it be the same as the recovery drive of the WIN installation that was replaced, or older (the OEM WIN recovery drive)?

@hawki @ronjor Bear in mind that this is different to the OEM Windows recovery. You can use it to do a clean install of Windows 10, but it won't install any of the OEM added drivers, software and customisations that came with factory install of Windows.
