Will there be an free upgrade from Acronis True Image 9 to 9.1?

The last days I saw that there is a new version of Acronis True Image available. Will there be a free upgrade from 9.0 to version 9.1 or have I to buy the newer version?

True Image 9.0 Home is being reworked, based on the "engine" in the Corporate versions of TI 9.1, and will eventually be released as a free update to registered users of TI 9. See this <previous Acronis Support reply> for details.

I assume that the free update will be available once your "localised" version is released. No doubt Acronis Support will confirm or otherwise.
