Will Not Accept Old Code

Hi all
I have just downloaded 4.0 and when I tried to get the new code I got a message that that code was invalid. What to Do? I have tried a couple of times with the same results.

If what "honeybunny" wrote does not work you will need to contact customer support of ewido and send them your old code.

Are you copy\pasting ?

The reason I ask....We had a recent thread concerning this and the user was copy\pasting the info without success. The moment they physically typed in the old code they were good to go.
