Will Acronis True Image be multithreaded again ?

    Hello,

    I am testing Acronis True Image 10 demo and it seems that this release is no longer multithreaded : my 2 cores load is about 30 - 40 % whereas I had more than 60 % with previous release 8. And I see the time difference when I create an image.

    So will the multithreading be included in True Image again ?

    You can change the priority in the ATI options.

    Glad to hear it. Some folks run automatic backups during off hours and choose to run ATI at the highest priority-- but if you are running it while using the PC to do other tasks, selecting a lower priority is appropriate.
