Wigon.MW Trojan Alerts in ESET NOD32 Smart Security

For two days, I have been receiving two alerts from ESET NOD32 Smart Security given in the attached snapshot, almost every 10 minutes or so, whenever I am online.

I have scanned my computer with the latest virus definitions, but still the problem persists. The ESET Main Window also shows that it has blocked all the attacks.

Please guide me what to do and give me any tool to remove these annoying messages. I would be very thankful for your support.

Something in ur pc is downloading that files.
loader.exe is a backdoor virus.

use malwarebyte's Antimalware , Dr.web cureit, Super Antispyware free scanners, Hitman pro.Update it and scan.

Since Wigon is usually accompanied with a rootkit, I'd suggest creating a rescue cd and scanning the system from the rescue cd.
