why pop up are coming to left-top side only ?

why pop up are coming to left-top side only ?

All AV and other programs are coming to just Botton-right side only.

it should be Botton -right only, as usual and look like other programs too.

Just thought to ask and post here.

With the 2.06 version, the position of the popup window is saved.
You can move it and the next time it will open where you left it.
