I know that the existing NOD32 Update Viewer is considered malware.

So why don't you release an "official" Update Viewer, that customers can use to see which servers contain an update in those cases when some servers are overloaded and don't return anything?

There's no need to worry about certain update servers being overloaded. If a particular server is overloaded, update will be downloaded from another server. ESET uses a mechanism to ensure that update is delivered even if even one update server is able to serve updates. Having said that, we'll draw this thread to a close.
