Why it never dissappears

I had a MySearch problem before. I deleted it in every possible way I thought. I uninstalled it, removed all folders that needed to be removed, used Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D etc, went to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\clsid and deleted a necassary item there.

But now I went to regedit and in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE and found two items there named "MyWay" and "MySearch". Why were they still there? Maybe it doesn´t matter or? You know, it feels like there could be these things like everywhere, but maybe they don´t do harm? Not only necassary MySearch, but other trojans/viruses/dialers etc as well.
