I have just noted that at the bottom of all incoming messages there is the following.

    __________ NOD32 1.1233 (20050926) Information __________

This message was checked by NOD32 antivirus system.
    part000.txt - is OK
    part001.htm - is OK
    Untitled.jpg - is OK

I now that prior to part 000.txt etc there was the text between the lines and I could live with this.

But how do I get rid of

This message was checked by NOD32 antivirus system.
    part000.txt - is OK
    part001.htm - is OK
    Untitled.jpg - is OK

This only tell you that the attached files are scanned by Nod32, and the result of the scan.
If you don't want to see any message, go to the Control Center, IMON -> setup and change the notification settings in the 'Checked email confirmation' part (POP3 tab)
You cannot leave the '__________ NOD32 1.1233 (20050926) Information __________' and delete the attached files status (part000.txt - is OK)

You might want to try disabling the "List all files" option in the IMON setup.
