Why does it take so long to the userid / password email?

    One of my customers purchased ESET Smart Security 4 last Friday from eset.com, and the email with the userid and password and download link did not arrive until today (Tuesday). Were there some problems over the weekend? This was not the good first impression I was hoping for with my customer.

    I realize that this might not be the correct place to ask about this problem, so any pointers to where I can pursue this would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello harryz,

    We did not experience any issues with license emails being sent after the purchase goes through. Who is the email provider that is being used? Have they experienced issues in the past with their email provider sending or receiving emails on time?
